This energy efficient, passive solar home is a modular design on a small footprint with a well insulated thermal shell for warmth, natural ventilation and ample of shading for cooling. The resilient and adaptable design is our personal response to the many climate challenges in our local environment such as flooding, bushfire, storms, cold winters and scorching summers. The selection of natural and local materials are kind to the environment, have low embodied energy and result in a natural and healthy home. The layout is adaptable for the future, the interior is calm and connected to the outdoors and in line with our philosophy of a simple and truly sustainable way of live.
